The supervisor that was there tonight was extreamely rude and abrasive with customers. She also was demeaning to the cashier, who appeared to be new. Not only was she rude to her, but acted this way in front of customers. Extreamly unprofessional and will not be returning to this location.

I'm done expecting crunchy things to be crunchy. Bought jalapeno casava chips yesterday that were in competition with wet napkins. BB is good for some stuff, just not stuff that doesn't stay fresh long.

Had some empty shelves, but we're good at taking Covid protocols. Staff reminded customers who forgot to observe protocols to do so.

Great selection and social distancing procedure. Everyone must sanitize and out on store provided gloves. Then push a shopping cart to maintain distance.Staff is friendly and quick.

I went in this morning with my 2 yr. old, and was also told that we could not enter the store without my son wearing a mask. I realize it's the government rules and they are just reinforcing it, which is fine. However, there is a more delicate way of asking/informing us....and not loudly for everyone to hear. It was embarrassing... They have to realize that they are the only store in Barrhaven that I've gone to that is reinforcing it for 2 yr. olds so a calmer approach would have been much better received.
